Where is the studio?
Lash & Brow Lab is in Miami, Florida. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared privately after your appointment is confirmed.
Do you accept walk-ins?
The studio is by appointment only. Each visit is reserved for one client at a time.
How do I choose a service?
Explore the menu, then call or text Maria if you would like help deciding. Your natural lashes, brow shape, and preferred result help guide the choice.
What is the difference between a lash lift and a lift with tint?
The tint option adds color and definition to the lifted natural lashes. Your artist can help you choose the finish you prefer.
Can I book lashes and brows together?
Yes. The Korean Lash Lift + Brow Lamination bundle combines both services in a two-hour appointment for $180.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and brows, free of makeup and oil-based products. Follow any preparation instructions sent with your appointment confirmation.
How long will my results last?
Results vary with the service, your natural growth cycle, skin type, and aftercare. Your artist will give you personalized maintenance recommendations during your appointment.
Where can I find aftercare instructions?
Your artist provides instructions for your selected treatment. Follow those personalized instructions, and contact the studio if you are unsure about a product or part of your routine.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment and is applied toward your service balance. Your visit is secured after the required deposit and booking confirmation are completed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits remain non-refundable. A rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new deposit. See the booking policies for full details.
What happens if I arrive late?
If there is not enough time to complete your selected service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment.
How do loyalty rewards work?
Complete five eligible appointments and receive 25% off an eligible service at your sixth visit. Only completed eligible appointments count. Ask the studio about your progress and current reward terms.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes. Eligible new clients receive $10 off their first service. After their appointment is completed, the referring client receives a $10 reward toward a future eligible service. Your friend should provide your full name when booking.
Who can book a Brow Tint Retouch?
The retouch is available exclusively to eligible returning clients who previously received a brow tint service at Lash & Brow Lab.
